How much should family restaurant supervisors get paid hourly?

I am a supervisor at a family restaurant and am only getting $9.50 an hour, I am just wondering whether I am being under paid. I live in Ontario, Canada.

   You don’t say how much experience you have. You also don’t say how many hours you work. Here if I was to hire a family member as a supervisor. I would paid them a salary, but I would expect 44 to 48 hours a week and that would include week ends.
