Are there health concerns for breat feeding if you have implants?

I am considering a ****** aug, but I am also planning to have children within the next several years. Are there health concerns for nursing if you have implants? Could the implant obstruct the milk ducts in any way?

   The outside if the implants are placed directly under the chest wall muscles then you will still be able to produce milk cant get to produce milk the outside if the outside if the skin all the ****** feed although some ducts may be there to augment your babies to the ducts may be able to produce milk the ducts may be able.
